4th of July weekend is the one time a year I pull out my little S-10 with it’s V8 engine and go race at CBIR in Brainerd. I built the truck myself, paint and engine (with help from a friend, my uncle, and my dad) a while back. I’ve owned it since I was 14 and have managed to remove every nut, bolt, or wire from it at some point in time. The racing is just for fun. I don’t win any trophies, and don’t break any land speed records, but my family has blast. My dad has a 69 camaro and a 46 chevy pickup that he brings, and a few family friends bring their vehicles as well. We make a weekend out of it. So that’s where I’ll be from the 4th until sunday. Though, updates to this site will happen automatically.
