So that’s the old model, right? I want the new one so I guess I’ll have to wait ’til the next generation comes out to get one of the current models cheap.
I’ve got 10 gigs of MP3s on one drive, and 12 gigs on another drive. Most of them are duplicates from the last time I reformatted one of the drives. I’m preparing to go through a painful MP3 consolidation to make space for Panther. Panther is cool.

Well, this is interesting. I just picked up a new 4th generation, 20-gig iPod and now I must finally deal with organizing my MP3s — this blog entry was the top hit on Google… but it’s my own post from a year ago. Doh!
Not only do I have the two original batches of MP3s but I now have 6 gigs of MP3s on my laptop to deal with as well. I think I started a Perl script somewhere…

Nice. Boy am I glad I bought a alpine deck with ai-net. I can’t wait until the ipod interface comes out. I just hope it works with older decks. The site says 2004 ai-net decks but only time will tell if it works with the older ones.
