I’m going with my own seasonings next time. The garlic lemon didn’t really do it for me, and we didn’t put enough on. The hardest thing about it was the fact that our circular 26″ grill didn’t have a tall enough lid. We had to balance it on the top of the chicken. Still, as I said, it was damn good.
Per your suggestion I’m going to brine the bird next time.
