Chipotle is apparently no better than McDonalds. Crap.

Author: admin | Filed under: Food, News

“Chipotle’s Barbacoa Burrito (with shredded beef, pinto beans, rice, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa) hits nearly 1,300 calories and three-quarters of a day’s worth of saturated fat. That’s the equivalent of a Quarter Pounder, a large order of fries, and a large Coke.”

Thank god I can’t eat a whole one…

More suicide inducing Chipotle information here.

I figure, hold the guqc and cheese; switch to chicken and it can’t be all bad for you.

  1. excellent! now i’ll know a better tasting place to eat at when i start “fat loading.”

  2. it may not be better in that sense… but taste… infinity better! I’ll add… my wife recently bought the Chipotle recipe [meat, rice, beans, etc.] from topsecret.com for the fractional price of 79 cents. Perfect! Actually, even more so because she used ten pounds of roast to make it, and when there’s that much – and you are putting it together yourself – the limits moderation can be forgotten. Of course then there was the 8 hours of sitting on the couch thinking I was dying from over eating.

p.s. that recipe….. 5 hours of cooking time!

  3. I EAT CHIPOTLE EVERY NIGHT! it is so good..i dont think you understand. and i am doing it to gain weight.
