I see two separate sites... (1) Create a national repository for emergency procedures (for when the regular IT/support folks are out, or Up and Die). Charge a monthly service fee for keeping the info secure and online. (The sad thing is that after you document this stuff, nobody will read it.) Big businesses will probably just take the idea and implement it in-house for free though... but you've got a shot at the smaller businesses and regular folks. "Charlie died, where's the combo to the safe? -> IfIUpAndDie.com" You'll need Charlie to supply e-mail addresses of everyone that needs to be notified in case of his death...
