I’ve put in an offer on a different house. There are no other contingent offers so there wont be a waiting game on this one.

Ugh. There are at least two offers on the table and it looks like this one will get into a bidding war. Not good because my offer was the obsolute top of my price range.

Just as I thought. It’s already $4,500 above my initial offer. Screw it, I’m gonna have to find a small lot in the city with an unfinished basement. My realtor is all over the listings though. I get to be the first to view 2 homes just coming on the market. Fun fun. Though I don’t have much time to make the decision. I have to give my notice by June first at my current place. Crap! I may just have to live in an apt for another year.
