I just made an offer on a house. I’m freekin’ out. I have to wait until monday to find out if they’ll accept because there is another offer on the table that is contingent on the sale of the offerer’s house. No one buy a house until Tuesday! Ya hear me?

We bought our house about 17 months ago. So we’re gonna finish unpacking shaking fist ANY DAY NOW!
It’s a year old 1100 ft (main level) tri-level with a 2 stall garage and a deck. The basement is roughed in with sheetrock up and the down stairs bathroom is half finished. I don’t think I’m going to get the place because the couple that made the previous offer wants can buy it before there house sells (contingent on a contingent er something). If I do get it my biggest problem will be choosing between putting a bar in the basement or buying a washer and dryer. It’s such a close call.
