House Hunt 2002

I’ve been placing my ducks in a row, planning and calculating my next step in purchasing a home. I’ve been pre-approved by a mortgage lender and have talked a briefly with a Realtor®. Today I’m meeting with her to discuss in detail what I’m looking for.

In my searching so far I’ve discovered two things:

1. The only houses I can afford are always yellow and ugly. 2. Yellow houses are ugly.
